Cheerleader
The Cheerleader is a Secret support unit from . They are equipped with Cheerleading Poms. |
Location
Characteristics
The Cheerleader is a support unit that boosts the attack rate of the target unit. Units that are being buffed will have multi-colored confetti appear around them.
The Cheerleader's buff stacks with more cheerleaders nearby; with enough Cheerleaders, the attack rates of nearby units can be increased dramatically, especially more slow-attacking heavy units such as the King or Jarl, or even artillery weapons such as the Catapult or Ballista. However, since Cheerleaders are totally defenseless and can barely attack, they need enough support to stay alive.
As a rather expensive support unit, it's important to consider which units to pair them with are the most effective for your budget and whether they'll be able to eliminate the whole army before any cheerleaders die. In the end, they are often too expensive for more than one or two be to used effectively.
The cheerleader had its cost reduced from 1000 to 500 in the Simulation Update, which now allows much more placements of Cheerleaders on the field. However, its attack boost is now temporarily on units.
Appearance
The Cheerleader is a Wobbler wearing a disco outfit along with disco-themed shoes and arm braces.

Trivia
- When buffing the Mace Spinner, Da Vinci Tank, Lady Red Jade, Sensei or Blackbeard, the cheered Units can spin fast enough to turn into a tornado.
- The Cheerleader is the only unit with 5 HP , which is also the lowest health in the game.
- If two or more Cheerleaders cheer each other on, they will cheer faster and faster whilst jumping higher until one of them dies from a fall.
- If every ally of a Cheerleader dies or it has no units in its team, the Cheerleader will stand in place until an enemy kills it, or in some cases move to an edge of the map.
- Cheerleaders do not affect ability cooldowns.
- However, it does affect projectile casting abilities such as the Sword Casting and the Aegis Shield ability.
- The Cheerleader can survive ice arrows because they deal 0 damage.
- But they will still freeze to death.
- If you have "all units spin“ on (From Bug DLC) cheerleaders can turn all units into tornadoes.
- When you have halflings turn into black holes (From Bug DLC,) the Cheerleaders will act like the former is still there.
- Due to The Cheerleader's look, it barely resembles a caveman, but resembles more of an ancient unit.
- They were then changed to have modern clothes, very unique compared to the other units in the game.
- The Cheerleader used to wear a recolored Zeus robe and ninja shoes, but it had a custom bowtie.
- This old design is still present in the Bad ass Campaigner achievement.
- It used to cost 1000 at the time of its initial release.
