The Painter Dodge is a dodge ability that allows units to sidestep projectiles, albeit clumsily. It is used by the Painter. |
Characteristics
The Painter Dodge makes units instinctively sidestep whenever a projectile comes into their way. The quick maneuver can effectively save them from volleys of projectiles, but the drastic and clumsy change of movement can also lead to them falling over and go over the struggles of getting up.
The Painter Dodge does not cover all projectiles. Only hit damage projectiles such as arrows and bullets can be dodged; collision and spell damage projectiles such as boulders cannot be dodged. After sidestepping, there is a 1 second cooldown which leaves the unit vulnerable during the timeframe.

- The ability can still activate even if the unit fell over, as long as its cooldown has passed.
