Viking
Warhammer
The Warhammer can be seen in the video that Landfall Games released to showcase the unit. In the video, it is put one on one against a Shield and the two go for each other. It is noticeable in the video that when the Warhammer lands a hit on the Shield, you can observe the Shield take a considerable amount of knockback while the Warhammer speeds up from the first strike and continues charging. On the second strike, the hammer glitches through the Shield and ends up hitting the unit, resulting in a kill.
Dynasty
Kicking Jin
Kicking Jin (キキング・ジン) is an unreleased unit only shown in one video released by Landfall Games. It has been confirmed that it has been scrapped altogether.
It looks like a normal naked Wobbler (as all units were naked in the alphas), but it has extremely disproportionate legs, glowing eyes, as well as increased height. Because of the glowing eyes, it is probably a very powerful unit, as back in the early stages of TABS, Units with a lot of power were at times given unique glowing eyes.
The Kicking Jin attacks by wildly swinging its arms and legs, smashing through enemy lines. If it were to be released, it could be used to take out hordes of weak units or as a powerful anti-formation. It could also be used as a tank considering it probably has high health, as they did seem to take multiple hits from the Barbarians and still won.
Samurai Grandmaster
The Samurai Grandmaster is a scrapped unit shown for the Dynasty Faction. It is extremely powerful, as seen in Landfall's promotional video, easily destroying a group of troops using a powerful teleport ability.
The Samurai Grandmaster looks like a Samurai Master, but has two flags and has a Katana that is completely glowing yellow instead of just the tip like the one the Samurai Master has. It can easily decimate weaker units such as the Farmer or the Boxer, as well as stronger ones like Shields or Spearmen and can be used to mess up enemy lines.

Tribal
Gatherer
The Gatherer is a scrapped Peasant variant that would have belonged to the Stone Age Faction. It resembles a Peasant with a basket on its back. It does not appear to use the basket to attack. It is confirmed to be a variant of the Peasant.
Spearunit
Spearunit was most likely the predecessor/early version of the Spear Thrower, as suggested by the similarities in appearance. This Unit wasn't technically scrapped, but was instead reworked to act like the Open Alpha and Closed Alpha Spear Thrower from the old Viking Faction.
Farmer
Skewer Thrower
The Skewer Thrower is a scrapped unit that used to belong to the Farmer Faction that is similar to the Spear Thrower, but instead of spears, they throw large skewers.
Sickle

Dynasty
Nunchucks
The Nunchucks was a unit shown by Wilhelm Nylund in a tweet. The unit is holding two nunchucks. It also attacks by kicking, not only with its nunchucks. It was Scrapped, but the weapon itself is available in the UC as of the UC update.
Modern
Rocket Launcher
The Rocket Launcher is a Wobbler holding an army green M1 Bazooka with both hands. It launches rockets that explode in a big area on contact. They seem to have a problem when shoot while moving as they seem to "rocket jump" toward the enemy. This could be a reference to the popular rocket jump tactic in many FPS Shooter games, especially in Team Fortress 2 and others.
Rocket Jumper
The Rocket Jumper is a unit from the cut Modern Faction where it would intentionally rocket jump towards the opposing unit then punch them, this is believed to be a reference to Team Fortress 2 as its a tactic used by the Soldier.

Ancient
Trojan Chicken
The Trojan Chicken was a unit suggested by one of the devs to be added to the game. Although it is unknown what the Trojan Chicken would do it can be thought that it would most likely act like the Trojan horse and a group of Hoplites might've come out of it. Note that the Trojan Chicken shown in the video is from a mod and not an unused prop from the base game.

Centaur
The Centaur is a unit that not much is known about, but its Curved Sword is still in the game.
Centaurpede
The Centaurpede is a unit that not much is known about, but it did use the Curved Sword which is still in the game.
Viking
Bear
The Bear is an unused unit for the Viking Faction. It was first shown off in a tweet showcasing the mounting system. It seems that the unit riding the bear is a brawler Unit. It was a test for mounting in the 3.0 Animation System.
Pirate
Chest Thrower
The Chest Thrower is a scrapped member of the Pirate Faction. It's Weapon appears in the Unit Creator as a variant of the Thrown Present although it is named the other way around because while the Chest Thrower was created first, the Present Elf actually appears in game. Unlike the Present Elf the Chest Throw can only spawn Pirate Units.

Pegasus
Scrapped and its rider turned into Radiant Glaive.
Angel
Scrapped and its weapons turned into weapons for Sacred Elephant.
Fantasy Flail
Why it is in the files is currently uncertain, but it clearly was a potential weapon, though it's unknown which unit would use it.
Miscellaneous
Holy Archer
The Holy Archer is an Unit that fires "Holy Arrows" at enemies. Upon contact, the Holy Arrow will cause an explosion in the radius. After, swords will rain down from the sky, striking enemies. This could be an effective attack against hordes. The Holy Archer could've potentially came back to the game with the Good Faction as its Holy Bow and Holy Arrow did have their icons updated as well.
Spiked Shield
The Spiked Shield was a unit that wielded a tall shield with a huge number of spikes on its surface. They perform just as the Shield Bearer, bashing enemy units with their pointy shields. The unit and their shield never made it out of the prototype phase, and are completely absent in the full game.
The Spiked Shield was supposedly teased in a video showcasing the new 3.0 physics animation. Unfortunately, the original video cannot be found. The only showcase of the unit that can be found is in a video[1] by Youtuber Blitz.
Factions
Aztec
The Aztec Faction is a scrapped Faction that was meant to come to Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. From the first and only unit shown, the Aztec Faction had at least some units with an affinity for poison.Real Aztecs, in addition to using Blowdarts, used the Atlatl (a spear throwing device) and the Macuahuitl (a type of club). There could also have been the jaguar warrior and many other weapons.
Modern
The Modern Faction is a scrapped Faction in Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. This Faction Units would be from the modern era (The 21st Century). It seems to comprise only of American vehicles and weapons (As of February 27th, 2018). These units would've likely be composed of modern day soldiers, such as commandos, snipers, engineers, and pilots.
Napoleon
The Napoleon Faction is a scrapped Faction in Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. Hailing from the early 19th century in the First French Empire and Napoleonic Wars (1795-1815), these Units are based on Napoleon Bonaparte's French Imperial Army. Following the thematic, most units wear the characteristic French shako decorated with a tricolored cocard. According to Wilhelm Nylund (the CEO of Landfall), this faction was split into the Renaissance and pirate factions.
World War
World War, or WW, is a scrapped Faction for Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. It appears to have been removed from the full game. These units' equipment would have been more advanced and powerful than other historic factions. This faction included units from both world wars (WW1 and WW2).
This faction takes advantage of the fact that weapons technology saw huge improvements during this era, including: poison gas, motorized infantry, tanks, and machine guns, along with other automatic weapons. This faction was a combination of two previously announced factions, WW1 & WW2. WW will definitely not come in TABS but you could create WW units.
Neon
Neon is a faction that the devs removed during the Closed Alpha stage. This faction contained several units related to the "Future". The reason behind the devs cutting the faction is unknown, but it could be because they thought that it was simply too overpowered.
Features
Unit Command System
The TABS unit command system was a system that allows players to control pathing of various Units until it was removed in the later stage of Early Access. This adds a layer of depth and allows for advanced battle tactics. The commands are initiated from the main battle GUI, where the player also places units. It may also vary with the unit placed, since Giants cannot fit in small spaces. It also depends of the unit used. It was scrapped and is not in the final game.
Hero Unit
The TABS Hero Unit system would have you possess a special unit that you place before a battle and when a battle starts you would automatically be possessing it.
The hero unit was going to have directional attacks, meaning that you could choose to swing from the left/right/up/down - more movements and choices than the current Unit Possession system.
