Neon Force Flux Pack

Characteristics
This ability functions more like a wearable weapon and activates at a range of approximately 7 WM. It deploys a small gravity-field that pulls enemies towards the unit upon activation and does rapid 1 DPS to all enemies within its radius while active.
Around 5 seconds after activation, the glowing orb-like aura on the units back will gradually glow very brightly till it shrinks into the Force Flux Pack then release an energized blast that will launch and do damage to any enemies caught within its radius. The damage can range between 1-48+ damage and is determined by distance between the enemy unit and the Force Flux Pack.
The ability costs $250 and equips the unit with a neon styled backpack with electric purple effects appearing around the unit.
