on second review it could be a unit from the final faction, which i'm 99% sure is a fantasy-themed faction. (not confirmed, just speculation)
i also didn't notice those clouds which seem to be summoning down the lightning earlier, and i don't THINK clouds are in thor's lightning attack. still gonna wait to see, but maybe it's some sort of lightning wizard? don't know
