so Thor has

- 2 second attack speed on his hammer, one second of which is foreswing

- 11 seconds of cooldown on his lightning ability, which has the same range as a Musket and does aoe damage

- can zap ~10 projectiles every few seconds to deflect them, similar to the Shogun

pretty cool overall, might be my new favorite unit
