- The weapon of the Sarrissa is not actually a sarrissa, it is some manner of spear. It isn't long enough to be a pike.

- I wouldn't call Vlad's weapon a tree. It's closer to a stake from a palisade.

- I think a tree shouldn't be on this list. How can it be a polearm if it has no pole?

- The Reaper's scythe is not a war scythe, it is just a regular scythe but made of bone. This is a war scythe.
